About the audit, specifically.
Is it really free?
Yes. No card, no charge, no trial. Run the audit and the report is yours either way — whether you ever talk to us or not.
Why do I have to sign in with Google?
The audit reads your live Google Business Profile data, so it needs Google's permission to do that. You sign in via Google's standard OAuth — we never see your password, and you can revoke access anytime in your Google account settings.
Where does the report come from?
The full report is emailed to you in about five minutes after you run the audit. The on-screen result shows a quick summary; the email has the complete heatmap, competitor breakdown, AI visibility data, and fix list.
Will I get spammed after this?
No. You get the audit email itself and possibly one follow-up if you want help acting on the findings. That's it. No newsletter signup, no daily emails, no third parties.
Do I have to hire LHE Digital afterward?
Nope. Most of the fixes the audit recommends are things you can do yourself in 30 minutes. If you want help — or you'd rather not touch it and have us run the whole system — that's a separate conversation.
How accurate is the data?
Rankings are pulled directly from Google Maps. AI visibility checks query each LLM (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Llama, Perplexity) and report what they say back. Revenue estimates are modeled on real category and geo data — they're directional, not exact, but useful for sizing the opportunity.
